Who we are
Revisita is provided by MGH Consultants ("we", "us"). When you subscribe or use the service, your contract is with MGH Consultants.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Revisita, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
Revisita lets visitor attractions issue and manage annual passes, register members, run member perks and vouchers, and publish a members' hub. Each subscription covers one attraction.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and your staff accounts, and for keeping your information accurate. You are responsible for the member data you collect and for having a lawful basis to process it.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, for example by uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
Intellectual property
We own the service and its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to host and process it so we can provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. The plan costs £9.99 a month after a 30-day free trial. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Service level
We work to keep Revisita available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you can ask us to export or delete your data within 30 days.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
